By accessing or using the PodClip.AI service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

This service is owned and operated by Radian Media.

2. Use of Service

PodClip connects podcast hosts and potential guests based on sophisticated matching algorithms. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Invite-Only Beta: As a beta participant, you understand our algorithms and features may rapidly change.
  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide in your profile is accurate, reliable, and up-to-date.
  • Professional Conduct: You agree to maintain a professional standard when interacting with other users across the network. Harassment or abusive behavior will result in instantaneous removal from the network.

3. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to share your content.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to distribute, syndicate, analyze, and use that content to improve matchmaking models, exclusively within the parameters outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, functionalities, and machine learning models are and will remain the exclusive property of Radian Media and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of these Terms.
